Commented Issue: WBFS wont format my 1TB WD Elements drive [3126]

I have been trying to get this drive to format in WBFS, I have followed the guides on how to set up the partitions, when I click format In WBFS, It takes like a split second to say Its formatted a 499 gig partition ? obviously the Wii wont see.
I have tried everything but It just wont format properly In WBFS any help guys
