Commented Issue: WBFS MANAGER 3.0 DOESN'T WORK!! [5032]

ok so i have a harddrive with a game already on it with wbfs bbut im not sure wich version but it works on usb loader but the problem is that that was at my causins house formatted and when i got home and tried to load it on wbfs manager 3.0 it said "error occured while loading the drive make sure the drive is not in use or open and that it has been formatted using wbfs" and the drive wasnt open or in use and it was formatted already then i tried formatting it again and it said "error occured trying to formatt the drive" can anybody help me maybe like tell me if i need diffrent version wbfs manager? oh and i already know that it can be formatted from wbfs cause theres one game on it and it works on usb loader plus it was wbfs formatted before
